# Manage Team Accounts, Members, and Roles

> Invite teammates, assign roles, and manage multiple teams in formcarry. Each team has isolated data, its own subscription, and strict privacy controls.

formcarry supports team accounts for collaborative form management.

Each team is fully isolated. Members can only see the forms and submissions that belong to their shared team workspace, and they have no visibility into your personal account or other teams you belong to.

## Roles and Permissions

Every team member is assigned a role that controls what they can see and do inside the team.

| Role | Capabilities |
| - | - |
| **Admin** | Full access: manage billing, invite members, adjust roles, delete forms and team data |
| **Edit + Read** | Create and modify forms, view submissions — cannot manage team settings or billing |
| **Read** | View form data and submissions only — cannot make any changes |

## Inviting Members

    Go to your formcarry dashboard and select the team you want to manage.

    Click **Invite Member** and enter your teammate's email address.

    Your teammate receives an invitation email. If they already have a formcarry account they can accept immediately. If not, they will be prompted to create a free account before joining the team.

## Managing Multiple Teams

A single formcarry account can own or belong to an unlimited number of teams. Each team manages its own forms, submissions, and subscription plan independently — data is never shared between teams.

This structure is ideal for agencies or businesses that handle multiple clients. You can create a dedicated team for each client, keeping their data cleanly separated and giving each team its own billing.

## Privacy and Isolation

formcarry is designed so that collaboration never compromises privacy:

* Your **personal forms** are never visible to any team member, regardless of their role.
* Teams you join **cannot see** other teams you belong to, nor can they access forms or submissions from those other teams.
* Each team environment is completely isolated and secure.

  Each user can own or belong to one team for free. Additional teams require a paid plan, allowing you to scale your team structure as your needs grow.
