Account Privacy and Teams
- Your personal account remains completely private. Joining a team does not grant other team members access to your personal forms, data, or settings.
- Additionally, other teams you join cannot see which other teams you are a member of, nor can they access or view forms, data, or any other information from other teams. Each team environment is completely isolated and secure.
- Team membership is isolated from your personal account, meaning your individual data remains secure and confidential.
Roles and Permissions
Each team member can be assigned specific roles to precisely control access and permissions:
- Admin:
- Full access to manage the team.
- Can manage billing, subscriptions, invite members, adjust roles, and delete forms or team data.
- Edit + Read:
- Can create new forms and modify existing ones.
- Can view form submissions and related data.
- Cannot manage team settings, billing, or member permissions.
- Read:
- Limited to viewing form data and submissions.
- Cannot make any changes or edits to forms or team settings.
Creating and Managing Multiple Teams
- A single user account can create and own multiple separate teams.
- Each team can independently manage its own forms, submissions, and subscription plans.

- Users can join an unlimited number of teams simultaneously.

- Invite members by simply sending an email invite directly from the Formcarry dashboard.
- If the invited user already has a Formcarry account, they will instantly receive the team invitation.
